Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model. Small trial runs are supported so you can validate the market before scaling.
Can you print my logo on the products?
Yes. We offer laser engraving, silk-screen printing and color printing, and we can help with logo placement and color matching.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes, samples are available. Send us your target model and customization requirements and we will arrange sampling.
Which certifications do your products have?
Our management systems are ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified since 2024 (renewed in 2026). CE / FCC / RoHS cover certified models across five product lines. Certificates and full test reports are available upon request.
What is your typical lead time?
Typically 15–30 days depending on the model, quantity and customization complexity. Repeat orders are replenished faster.
Do you offer warranty on OEM products?
Yes, finished goods are warranty-backed. Warranty terms are confirmed per contract and model.
