What we collect

We collect only what is needed to answer a business enquiry. Nothing on this site is collected for advertising.

• Inquiry form: name, email, company, country or region, model of interest, quantity, target market, certification and customization requirements, and your message.
• Automatically: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and language preference.
• We do not ask for and do not store payment card details anywhere on this website.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To arrange samples, production and shipment once an order is placed.
• To provide technical and after-sales support.
• To see which pages buyers actually use, so we can improve the site.

Legal basis (EU / UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies to you, we process your data on the bases below. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Legitimate interests — answering a business enquiry you sent to us.
• Consent — where you have asked to receive product or company updates.
• Legal obligation — where tax, customs or product compliance rules require us to keep records.

How long we keep it

• Inquiry correspondence: 24 months from our last exchange.
• Server and analytics logs: 14 months.
• Order, shipping and invoice records: as long as tax and customs law requires.
• You can ask us to delete your data earlier — see "Your rights" below.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we never publish customer names or logos without written permission.

• Our own sales, engineering and production teams, who need it to answer you.
• Logistics and payment service providers, only when an order actually proceeds.
• Public authorities, only where the law requires it.
• Every processor works under a written contract that limits use to our instructions.

International transfers

We are based in China, so your data is processed there and may be visible to our sales staff in other countries. We keep the transferred set to the minimum needed, and where a transfer requires safeguards we use contractual clauses before it happens.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage: your language choice is kept in the browser so the site opens in the same language next time. It contains no personal identifier.

Analytics: this site can be connected to Google Analytics (GA4). When it is enabled it measures aggregated traffic such as page views and country, and it does not identify you to us. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not build advertising profiles.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
• Analytics can be switched off without affecting any other part of the site.

Your rights

Where the GDPR or a similar local law applies to you, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your data;
• restrict or object to how we process it;
• hand your data over to another provider in a portable format.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry data is limited to the staff who need it in order to answer you, and inquiry records are kept on access-controlled systems. We keep no card data because this site has no payment page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the site changes. The date at the top always shows the version in force; material changes are recorded here rather than sent by email.
